Well Women & Family Trust – Auckland, North Island Registered Nurse – Women’s Health and Community Services Well Women and Family Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our nurse-led women’s health service in Auckland. About the role The Registered Nurse will provide safe, high-quality, culturally responsive nursing care across clinic, outreach, and community settings. The role supports wāhine and whānau through accessible women’s health services, follow-up care, health education, and community-based service delivery. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team and contribute to WWFT’s wider service development, education, training, and learner support activities. We are looking for someone with: Current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate as a Registered Nurse. Current Cervical Sample Taker qualification. Authorised vaccinator. Experience or interest in women’s health, sexual and reproductive health, contraception, health promotion, or community nursing. Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills. Commitment to delivering culturally responsive care that supports Māori, Pacific, and diverse communities. Full clean New Zealand driver licence and willingness to travel for outreach and community clinics. Willingness to undertake approved training and competency development in LARC and other WWFT clinical services. Commitment to ongoing professional development as WWFT introduces new services and programmes. Interest in teaching, learner support, health education, or clinical training activities. Desirable Experience providing LARC services. Adult education, teaching, facilitation, assessment, or marking experience. Experience supporting students, learners, or clinical education programmes. Additional women’s health competencies such as contraception, immunisation, or related certifications. Why join us?
