NZ Labour Hire Group, a leading provider of skilled labour, is seeking an experienced Builder to join our team in Hamilton, Waikato. This is a casual role, offering the flexibility to work on a variety of construction projects as needed. As a Builder, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality building services to our diverse range of clients. What you'll be doing Executing a range of building tasks, including framing, roofing, finishing, and general construction work Reading and interpreting , plans, and specifications to ensure accurate completion of projects Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects Maintaining a safe and organised work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols Providing exceptional customer service and communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle What we're looking for Proven experience as a qualified Builder, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the construction industry Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction best practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, as well as construction equipment Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and teamwork skills Current Driver's Licence and reliable transportation What we offer Competitive hourly rates Opportunities for ongoing training and professional development Flexible work arrangements to accommodate your lifestyle A supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
