South Island Territory Manager – AED, CPR & First Aid About Heart Saver NZ: Heart Saver NZ is a proudly New Zealand-owned business with a clear purpose: equipping workplaces, homes and communities with the products, services and knowledge to save lives in a medical emergency. We provide AED (defibrillator) sales, performance testing and compliance services, first aid training, and wider medical emergency solutions nationwide. We are a hands-on, fast-moving business that values initiative, reliability, professionalism and exceptional customer relationships. We are looking for a practical, customer-focused person to take ownership of AED service delivery and customer growth across the South Island. A Bit About The Role: We’re looking for a motivated, hands‑on person to represent Heart Saver across the South Island and help strengthen our presence in the region. This is a sole-charge, blue-skies role combining business development, account management, training and practical field work. The role itself: Develop new business across the South Island Manage and grow existing customer accounts Identify new opportunities, partnerships and markets Deliver AED/CPR and First Aid training Test and support AEDs in the field Build strong, long-term customer relationships Manage your own schedule, travel and territory Be our go‑to person for the South Island What's on offer: Competitive salary + commission/bonus Company vehicle Phone & laptop Work remotely from our Christchurch office Genuine autonomy to manage and grow your territory A varied role where no two weeks are the same About You: Ideally, you’ll come from a medical, emergency services, healthcare, first aid or similar background and be ready for a new challenge. You’ll be: Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently Confident developing and winning new business A natural relationship builder Commercially minded Confident presenting and training groups Practical, hands‑on and not afraid to get your hands dirty Organised and capable of managing a large territory Someone who spots opportunities and makes things happen Travel: Based in Christchurch Around 5 days away per month on average Occasionally up to 10 days in a busy month Regular travel throughout the South Island Why this role?: This isn’t a job where someone will plan every day for you.
