Jora New Zealand will close on 9th September 2026. Thank you for being with us, we are cheering you on as you continue your career journey. This isn't a standard office role - and we don't want a standard applicant. Auto Diagnostics is New Zealand's leading mobile ADAS calibration and auto electrical business. With a fleet of vans operating from Northland to Queenstown, we keep the country's panel shops and automotive industry moving, and we're growing fast. We're proud of the work we do and the culture we've built, and we're looking for someone who wants to be at the centre of it. About the role Based at our Rosedale office, you'll drive how Auto Diagnostics operates every week - owning our office, business systems and administration end to end, building a brand and culture people are proud of, and using AI and automation to continuously find better ways of working. This isn't a role for someone who waits to be handed a task list: you'll spot what needs fixing, take ownership of it, and see it through to done. You'll also provide executive support to our leadership team as we build a more scalable business. What you'll own Own SharePoint as our knowledge and systems hub, and build AI-assisted workflows that remove admin friction and free up the team's time Identify and resolve process gaps rather than working around them, taking projects from start to finish Culture, marketing & brand Own our marketing and social presence - plan the content calendar, run our channels, and make sure the brand shows up consistently everywhere it's seen Coordinate the team events and culture initiatives that make Auto Diagnostics somewhere people are proud to work Office & administration Keep our office systems, correspondence, documentation and travel running smoothly, providing timely, accurate support to the Head of Operations and leadership team People, fleet & everything in between Keep recruitment moving from advertising through to onboarding, and coordinate training and development across the team Coordinate fleet maintenance, stock control, and supplies across our national van fleet, keeping our teams equipped Your first 90 days You'll audit our systems and ship two or three quick wins, learn how work actually flows between departments, deliver at least one AI or process improvement end to end, and present an improvement roadmap to the leadership team. We're telling you this up front because it's the kind of role this is. About you You've used AI tools to improve how work gets done — or you have a strong track record of picking up new technology fast Genuine initiative: you spot problems and fix them before anyone asks, and you finish what you start Highly organised, juggling competing priorities without dropping the ball A confident, warm communicator — with a technician, a supplier, or senior leadership Solid Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills are essential, as our business runs on them Experience running an office or providing executive-level support, with recruitment or people coordination an advantage What's on offer A role with real breadth and the trust to use your initiative A close-knit, down-to-earth team that backs each other A growing national business where your work is visible and valued $80,000–$100,000 depending on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
