Registered Nurse Mental Health - Clinical Rehab Registered Nurse Mental Health – Clinical Rehab Ward 11 is a mental health sub-acute rehabilitation unit for adults who have a long-term mental illness and coexisting problems. It is a 10-bed ward that provides a supportive environment for people who require stabilization or rehabilitation while working on their mental health recovery journey.
