Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a new opportunity in a team that values safety, quality, and people? Join a well-established civil construction company delivering high-profile infrastructure, commercial, and subdivision projects across the region. What’s the Role? We’re on the hunt for a skilled Civil Machine Operator to operate heavy machinery (5T–20T) across a range of civil works. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently on-site. Key responsibilities include: Operating diggers, rollers, and/or graders on civil construction sites. Performing pre-start checks and minor maintenance on equipment. Earthmoving, trenching, compacting, and site prep using various attachments. Collaborating with site crew to ensure workflow and safety near other machinery and services. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years’ operating machinery in civil construction Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 + WTR endorsements a bonus) Physically fit and able to handle manual work Strong commitment to health, safety, and teamwork GPS machine control experience (ideal but not essential) Why Join Us?
