Whānake Rangitāne o Manawatū Trust in Manawatū invites two Kaiwhakaaraara - Whānau Ora Navigators to walk alongside whānau, helping them identify aspirations, overcome barriers and achieve meaningful outcomes. You will develop personalised plans, provide mentoring and practical support, connect whānau with services, monitor progress and maintain accurate records, all while upholding kaupapa Māori and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles.
