We’re looking for 2 Claims Consultants who can combine genuine empathy with a proactive, solution-focused approach. You’ll support customers with care and professionalism while also digging deeper to find answers, tracking down third parties, and driving claims to resolution. Showing empathy and care while keeping customers informed every step of the way. Explaining policy benefits and answering customer questions clearly. Investigating, assessing, and negotiating claims settlements. Perform analysis of legal liability related to accidents. Tracking down information and third parties to move claims forward. Documenting claims accurately and meeting service targets. Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. What you’ll bring 2+ years’ motor claims experience in New Zealand. A self-motivated and tenacious mindset — you go the extra mile to find solutions and progress claims. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and a customer-first approach. Empathy and professionalism when dealing with clients in stressful situations. Great time management and attention to detail. Ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities.
