About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for a broad range of operational activities that support our investment products and services. You'll work independently to manage day-to-day operational tasks, resolve issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to projects that enhance efficiency and service delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining operational excellence with a continuous improvement mindset. What You'll Be Doing Processing and overseeing key operational activities accurately and within service standards. Investigating and resolving operational issues and exceptions. Supporting unit pricing and investment administration activities. Managing settlements, payments, securities pricing, and corporate actions. Maintaining strong operational controls and supporting compliance requirements. Contributing to projects, system enhancements, testing, and business change initiatives. Identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase automation, and reduce manual effort. Supporting the adoption of technology and AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and outcomes. Collaborating across the team to share knowledge and ensure effective coverage and support. What We're Looking For You'll bring a strong operational background within financial services and a genuine desire to improve how things are done. Ideally, you'll have: Experience in investment operations, fund administration, custody, registry, managed funds or a similar environment. Experience with unit pricing, fund valuation, NAV calculations or investment administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Advanced Excel and reconciliation skills. Experience working with high-volume, time-sensitive processes. A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements. An interest in automation, technology and AI-enabled ways of working. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team. A qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline is desirable but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
