The role As Contracts & Funding Coordinator,you'llsupport the full contract and funding lifecycle, from tracking funding opportunities and coordinating proposals through to contract monitoring, funderreportingand audit readiness.You'llwork closely with the Head of Strategic Relationships,Financeand programmeleads, andtake ownership of Monday.com as our central tool for contract tracking and reporting visibility. This role suits someone who enjoys turning scattered information into clear, reliable systems, and who takes genuine pride in keeping deadlines and obligations on track. Whatyou'llbring Experience in contracts administration, funding coordination, grants management or compliance reporting Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple contracts and deadlines Highly confident capability using Monday.com or similar systems Understanding oftereoMāori meōnatikanga andkaupapaMāori values would be an advantage A current full NZ Driver Licence TeTaumatahas recently completed a significant organisational reset.The team is being strengthenedwith brand new rolesandwe'relooking for people who want to help shape what comes next.
