About the role This isn't a sales role – it's a fast-paced coordination and administration role supporting our National Accounts team. Sitting within our National Accounts team, this role is responsible for coordinating workflows, managing job administration, tracking progress, and ensuring jobs are accurately processed through to completion. We've recently evolved our National Sales Support team to better support our growing national accounts and are looking for a highly organised coordinator to join us. Based in our Tauranga Branch, you will work closely with National Account Managers, stores, installers, and internal support teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring jobs are accurately set up, allocated correctly, and delivered in line with national contract requirements. This is a non-sales, office-based role focused on workflow coordination, systems, data accuracy, and operational support. If you enjoy working across multiple systems, keeping things organised, solving problems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks, we'd love to hear from you. What you’ll be doing Managing inbound job requests through CRM and workflow systems Ensuring all job data is complete, accurate, and compliant Allocating jobs to the right store, installer, or team Monitoring job progress against KPIs and service expectations Supporting stores and teams with process, pricing, and workflow queries Identifying issues early and coordinating solutions Handling customer, store, and internal queries in a professional way Reviewing and verifying invoices against agreed pricing and purchase orders Supporting National Account Managers with visibility and coordination What you’ll bring Experience in administration, coordination, customer service, or operations support Confidence working across CRM or multiple systems Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to manage multiple workflows and competing priorities Clear, professional communication skills A calm, solutions-focused approach A team mindset, you enjoy supporting others to succeed Why join us?
