Working closely with business and technology teams, you will bring structure, leadership, and delivery focus to a complex environment with multiple payment methods and evolving processes. Key Requirements Project Management experience, along with previous Business Analysis experience and a willingness to be hands‑on when required. Effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex matters and articulate clearly. Strong stakeholder engagement skills and a people‑focused approach. Experience working in complex organisational environments. Solid understanding of fundraising operations and related business processes. Ability to drive outcomes and provide leadership across business and technology stakeholders.
