Construction Support Manager

As our Construction Support Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our projects run efficiently and are completed to a high standard. No two days are the same, and you'll be involved in everything from coordinating subcontractors to completing final quality inspections and supporting site teams. Key responsibilities Support Project and Site Managers across multiple residential construction projects. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard. Carry out quality assurance inspections throughout the build process. Manage defects through to completion. Prepare homes for client handover. Assist with practical building work when required. Step into a foreman role during busy periods, providing leadership and coordination on site. Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track. About you Strong residential construction knowledge and hands-on building experience. The ability to read plans and understand construction processes. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Confidence leading trades and coordinating site activities. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. The flexibility to move between management responsibilities and practical site work as required. A current driver's licence. We are looking for an experienced and practical Construction Support Manager to join our team on a contract basis.
