At Central Medical, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a 32-hour per week position, working Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, with an immediate start available. Whether you're an experienced primary care nurse or looking to transition into general practice, we'd love to hear from you. Mō Te Tūranga | About the Role As a Registered Nurse at Central Medical, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care to our diverse community. Working alongside our experienced General Practitioners and dedicated team, you'll enjoy a varied role where every day is different. Ō Kawenga | Key Responsibilities Undertake patient assessments, triage, and clinical decision-making. Assist GPs with procedures and clinical treatments. Provide immunisations, wound care, and long-term condition management. Deliver health education and preventative healthcare. Support chronic disease management and care planning. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement activities. Mōu | About You Ngā Pūkenga me ngā Wheako | Skills and Experience Current New Zealand Registered Nurse Annual Practising Certificate. Primary care experience (preferred but not essential). Excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and collaboratively within our team. A positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. An understanding of Māori health perspectives and a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi. Ngā Painga | What We Offer A permanent 32-hour per week position.
