Alcohol and Other Drug Service – Springhill Prison Manaaki Ora Trust is a kaupapa Māori organisation that has grown from the aspirations of Te Arawa to ensure Māori are healthy, live well and are able to access the services and support that they need. We have a busy AOD team inside of Springhill Prison, deliver a range of activities including assessments and group programmes. Having the right disposition to work in a highly challenging environment is critical. Being mature and levelheaded are just two of the key qualities we are looking for. A relevant qualification and registration that meets the requirements of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act A minimum of five years working in the mental health/addictions field Demonstrable leadership experience A competitive and negotiable salary.
