About the Role We are looking for Registered Nurses to join our team in Children's Emergency Care (CEC) to care for our pēpi (infants) and tamariki (children) who are acutely unwell, injured, or need acute assessment and treatment related to a complex or chronic condition. About the Service Children's Emergency Care has been designed especially for tamariki and whānau. About You If you are passionate about wanting to provide acute care for children and supporting them and their families in a significant way, then we would love you to apply for this rewarding position to be part of our CEC nursing team. 2+ years Paediatric or emergency nursing experience is desirable Ability to work all shifts – Morning, Afternoon and Nights – Monday to Sunday Demonstrate well-developed communication, critical thinking skills and commitment to family centred care Have a focus on caring for the wellbeing of tamariki and whānau Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) Working at Health New Zealand.
