Novus Auto Glass – Wellington Central, North Island Novus Auto Glass Wellington is a locally owned and operated franchise that covers the Wellington, Porirua and Kapiti area. Our core business is to repair and replace automotive glass.We are part of the leading network of auto glass suppliers in NZ. We require a bright and motivated Accounts Administrator to join our busy team based in Wellington city. This role is part time/casual. Hours are expected to be between 10 and 15 per week but are flexible and may be varied (to be discussed) Responsibilities will include: Creating and invoicing insurance claims using our Novus job management system (training provided) Reconciling trade-customer, cash sale and insurance payments Sending customer statements and managing debtors Managing supplier invoices through Xero Providing a back up to our Customer Service Representatives during busy times. To be successful in this role you will need to be/have: Good experience in office/accounting administration Experience with Xero or similar accounting packages Accuracy - the ability to process invoices and claims without mistakes. Attention to detail is key, with the ability to identify, preempt and remedy problems A high level or organizational skills The ability to multi-task, using and transferring information between multiple systems A self-starter delivering high levels of customer service to our clients Proactive, have initiative, and be willing to pitch in on a variety of tasks Excellent English verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a workshop environment Average or better Microsoft Office skills Experience using Xero or other common accounting applications An excellent level of written and spoken English Why work with us?
