About the Role As Team Manager, you'll be responsible for leading, coaching and supporting a team of health professionals while maintaining your own clinical caseload. You'll work closely with senior leaders and clinical specialists to ensure high-quality rehabilitation services, strong business performance, and an outstanding experience for both clients and referral partners. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to influence team culture, drive performance, and contribute to the ongoing growth of rehabilitation services across the region. About You You will be an experienced Physiotherapist who enjoys supporting others to succeed and is confident balancing clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities.
