ABOUT THE ROLE: MG Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our casual nursing pool in Christchurch. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about nursing care and committed to delivering professional, high-quality support to every person they serve. In this role, you will support our clients across various hospitals and care facilities, working collaboratively with their teams to ensure exceptional standards of care. You will also provide guidance to Healthcare and Mental Health Assistants, helping to uphold best practices and a safe, supportive environment for all service users / consumers. Your dedication will contribute to ensuring every individual receives respectful, person-centred, and second-to-none care.
