Thepurposeof this job Bupa Parklands Care Home is located on Papanui Road in Strowan, Christchurch, close to the communities of Papanui, Merivale, and St Albans. The home offers rest home, hospital, and specialist dementia (psychogeriatric) care. As a Kitchen Assistantyou will: Assist with food preparation Undertake General kitchen duties (dishwashing and cleaning) Adhere to Hygiene and food safety standards Maintain confidentiality Follow Health and Safety procedures What you’ll needto make it possible Preferably 1 year experience in a similar role, but full training and development will be provided Be a proactive team player who can work independently and pitch in where needed Empathetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about making a positive difference for residents Reliable transport and travel arrangements Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand Why you’ll love it?
