We are seeking a Digital Technology Manager to provide clear, practical leadership across WellSouth’s digital environment. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role is responsible for setting direction, overseeing delivery, and ensuring digital technology supports organisational priorities in a highly regulated health setting. You will work closely with senior leaders, clinical and operational teams, and external partners to ensure our digital platforms, systems, and services are secure, reliable, and aligned with the organisation's operating model. Position Purpose: This is a core leadership role with responsibility for shaping and delivering WellSouth’s digital technology roadmap. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on leadership, covering digital infrastructure, cloud platforms, digital workplace tools, cyber security practices, vendor relationships, and the delivery of digital projects that support service delivery and organisational performance. A key focus of the role is ensuring WellSouth’s digital environment is fit for purpose in a health context. This includes maintaining strong information security and privacy practices, supporting data‑driven decision making, and ensuring digital solutions are user‑centred and practical for staff, providers, and partners. What are we looking for: We are looking for someone with significant experience in digital or technology leadership, ideally in health, the public sector, or another complex, regulated environment. You will bring strong strategic thinking alongside proven delivery capability, with the confidence to engage at senior levels and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to non-technical audiences.
