Chatham Islands Council is seeking a Waste Services Customer Advisor to help residents understand waste services and access support. You’ll use your customer service skills and system confidence to keep information up-to-date and coordinate with contractors and internal teams. You’ll respond to inquiries, manage service requests and invoicing, and identify improvements to streamline processes for customers and the team.
