Door Solutions is seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver/Door Pre-Hanger to join our team in Hamilton, Central Waikato. This is a full-time position based on-site where you will play a crucial role in delivering our products to customers and preparing doors for installation. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and ensuring customers receive their orders in perfect condition, ready for fitting. What you'll be doing Operating delivery vehicles to transport doors and related products to customer sites across the Hamilton and Waikato region Pre-hanging doors in preparation for delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer specifications Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to health and safety protocols Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and pre-hanging work completed Communicating professionally with customers upon delivery and addressing any concerns Conducting routine vehicle maintenance checks and reporting any mechanical issues promptly Following all company policies and industry safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment Assisting with warehouse organisation and inventory management as required What we're looking for A current, valid Full New Zealand driver's licence with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and quality control awareness Excellent time management and organisational skills Physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy items regularly Clear communication skills and a customer-focused approach Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic Knowledge of health and safety standards in transportation and construction Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities What we offer Door Solutions is committed to supporting our employees' professional growth and wellbeing.
