Our Reception Administrators (RAs) are responsible for providing patients in our Healthcare sector with the best customer service and care. We are looking for someone to join our Queenstown team to work cohesively with our small close-knit team. Key accountabilities: Welcoming patients, taking calls and delivering excellent customer service! Various administration duties including processing bookings, admission/discharges, and maintaining patient records - so being competent with IT and learning new systems is important along with excellent attention to detail. Reception and / or administration experience is a must, within the medical sector would be advantageous but not essential as we have a training programme for our RAs, but what is essential is a positive energy, can-do attitude and being patient-centric in your approach to work. To be successful in this role, you'll be solutions focused, efficient and always looking for improvements in process and delivery. Your confidence and manner on the phone is essential.
