We’re looking for a New Home Consultant to join our team — someone who understands what makes a great home and enjoys helping clients make confident decisions throughout the building process. We’re a locally owned and operated residential construction company with a reputation for practical design, strong relationships, and homes that stand the test of time. We specialise in creating beautiful Design & Build homes and offer a wide range of Home & Land packagestailored to suit every lifestyle. We’re looking for someone to add value to our team — someone who shares our enthusiasm for building quality homes and helping clients bring their vision to life. Your responsibilities will include: Open Showhomes throughout the week and weekends Generate and follow up on sales leads to build a strong pipeline Qualify clients and understand their needs, budget, and timelines Present home designs, packages, and solutions confidently and clearly Guide clients through the design, pricing, and contract process Prepare accurate proposals and drive contracts to close Collaborate with the design team to tailor home plans to client needs Maintain strong client relationships with clear, timely communication Provide an outstanding customer experience from first contact to contract Represent Orange Homes at open homes, events, and promotional activities Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and building regulations What are we looking for: A proven ability to sell — you know how to listen, build trust, and guide clients toward confident decisions Experience in residential sales, new home consultancy, or a related client-facing role Strong closing skills — you’re proactive, organised, and comfortable asking for the sale A professional, customer-first approach — focused on clear communication, follow-through, and relationship building An eye for practical design and layout solutions Confidence using CRM and digital tools to manage workflow A good understanding of the building process, or willingness to learn quickly What’s In It For You Flexibility – We understand life isn’t 9 to 5.
