Based in our central Auckland office, you’ll work across a wide range of land development and infrastructure projects, gaining exposure to both field and office-based work while continuing to grow your technical capability. We back our people with real responsibility, real variety, and real opportunities to grow.| What You’ll Be Doing Delivering end-to-end surveying tasks across a range of land development and civil projects Carrying out fieldwork, data processing and plan preparation Supporting project delivery by coordinating tasks, tracking progress and meeting milestonesCompleting topographic and construction surveys to a high professional standardWorking closely with planners, engineers and other consultants on multidisciplinary projectsCommunicating with clients and stakeholders on project progress and technical mattersSupporting and guiding junior surveyors where appropriateIdentifying risks and contributing to solutions to keep projects on track What We’re Looking For Bachelor or Diploma in Surveying (or equivalent) preferred 2–5+ years’ experience in civil construction and/or land development surveying Good working knowledge of NZ surveying principles and LINZ requirements Experience with survey software (e.g. AutoCAD, 12d, Leica Infinity) Strong organisation and time management skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Someone who takes ownership of their work and enjoys being part of a team Cadastral experience is a bonus but not essential.
