Food and beverage attendant for events department (casual) Cassels and Sons Brewery – Christchurch, South Island We’re hiring! Join The Tannery Events team. We have a busy and exciting events calendar ahead and are looking for experienced Food & Beverage staff to join our team at The Tannery. No two shifts are quite the same. One week you could be serving at a beautiful wedding, the next a gala dinner, conference, fashion show or large-scale corporate event. We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy hospitality and bring energy, professionalism and enthusiasm to every shift. You’ll be someone who takes pride in creating a great guest experience, notices the little details and thrives in the buzz of a busy event. We’d love to hear from you if you have: Previous experience in a customer-facing role Food and beverage or hospitality experience Experience setting up events, functions or restaurant spaces (preferred, but not essential) The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Great attention to detail A friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn Reliability and punctuality A professional approach and a genuine passion for great hospitality Due to the nature of the events industry, these are casual positions, however we have a busy events schedule ahead with plenty happening across the coming months. The roles would suit anyone looking for short-term summer casual work as well as those interested in joining us on an ongoing casual basis.
