About the Role This is a highly varied role supporting people with learningdisabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, warm,and home‑like environment. As a Support Staff member, you will provide a mix of practicalassistance and meaningful connection. You’ll have the time and support to trulyget to know the people you support, the focus is building relationships.
