This is a genuinely hands-on role for someone who loves being in the platforms, analysing the data, optimising campaigns and improving conversion - not simply managing agencies. You’ll take ownership of digital acquisition across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads and other channels, while also contributing to SEO/GEO, CRO, audience strategy, attribution and performance reporting. What you'll be doing: Hands-on management and optimisation of paid digital campaigns Digging into keywords, search terms, audiences, creative and campaign structure Managing budgets against CAC Lead quality, approvals and funded outcomes Identifying and improving landing-page and funnel conversion Retargeting and suppression strategies Turning performance data into clear commercial recommendations Running structured tests across channels, audiences, creative and conversion journeys What we’re looking for: You’ll have 3+ years' performance/digital acquisition experience and be highly capable inside Google Ads and Meta, with experience across additional platforms. Fintech, lending, banking, insurance or closely related regulated-sector experience is essential. You need to understand why compliance, customer quality and downstream commercial outcomes matter just as much as lead volume. You’ll be analytical, curious, accountable and comfortable moving quickly from insight to action. Why Nectar?
