We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our highly experienced Litigation Team, and build a specialty civil litigation team yourself. As an experienced civil and commercial litigator, you will work alongside respected litigators and practitioners on a diverse range of matters and have an opportunity to develop a team, enhance your own practice and mentor others. You will have excellent technical legal and drafting skills. The work will be interesting and challenging and you will be involved in all aspects of litigation including research, drafting opinions, briefing witnesses, preparation of pleadings and submissions and appearing in court. You will have the opportunity to work across a broad range of matters, including: Commercial disputes and litigation Trust and estate disputes and litigation Employment disputes and litigation Clients include a range of individuals, businesses of varying sizes and public organisations.
