The role function: The Project Coordinator role is responsible for organising and managing various parts of the project to ensure its success. You’ll support multiple projects at various stages, ensuring work flows smoothly through effective planning, communication, and administration. Your new role involves: Prepare, send, and manage admin for tenders and quotes Manage project start-up tasks (eg temporary power/water connections, site signage) Issue builder packs, including construction plans and consents Prepare project specific status reports Participate in project meetings and support follow-up actions Create completion and handover documentation Chase producer statements, warranties, code compliance documents, and contractor statements Build strong relationships with project partners and stakeholders Provide general administration support to the office and project teams Promote a collaborative team environment focused on delivering great results Ensure health, safety, environmental and construction standards are met in line with Miles Construction principles. This includes some H&S admin support including subcontractor SSSPs About you You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy variety, take initiative, and bring structure to moving parts.
