About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Mid-Level or Senior Associate to join an elite boutique litigation practice in Auckland. You will handle complex corporate, commercial, and regulatory disputes for high-profile national and international clients in a lean, partner-led environment. Work on complex corporate disputes. You will be in the room, leading strategy on significant disputes, arbitrations, and regulatory defence matters across various jurisdictions. Lead complex case strategies. Draft senior court submissions. Appear before the senior courts. Skills & Experience You are a sharp and commercially minded litigator with a strong academic background. A keen interest in business and finance is highly regarded for this autonomous and pivotal role. 4 to 7 plus years of PQE required. Top-tier or specialist background.
