You’ll join a small, fast-growing NZ business with established B2B and B2C audiences. ABOUT THE ROLE With the help of AI tools, you’ll turn detailed source information into distinctive, persuasive written content. Once that’s done, you’ll use that content to build targeted email, social and website campaigns. Around half of your week will focus on content, with the remainder spanning the wider marketing mix. You’ll inherit established channels and audiences, with the freedom to recommend ideas, test different approaches and improve results. You’ll join a warm and friendly team of experts, work in a cozy central Auckland office, and partner closely with decision-makers within the business. Create distinctive written content that directly supports enquiries Produce weekly email campaigns and monthly B2B/B2C newsletters Own social media planning, content and community engagement Manage website content through the CMS and coordinate agency support Integrate events and partnerships into the wider marketing plan SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE You’re a content-led marketer with around three to five years of broad marketing experience. You’re ready to move beyond coordinating other people’s marketing plans, and you’re ready to own the marketing strategy at a small company. You combine excellent writing skills with commercial judgement and practical digital capability. You can adapt positioning between B2B and B2C audiences, execute the work yourself and use the results to shape what happens next. Strong commercial copywriting and editing skills Experience across email, social media, CRM and CMS platforms Ability to position content for different audiences and objectives Confidence using Canva and AI tools to accelerate production Initiative, sound judgement and strong organisation Pay Range $75,000-$85,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
