We're looking for an experienced service co-ordinator with a great attitude based in Dunedin to support our Dunedin and Southland Teams. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer you'll be instrumental in servicing our clients with the good work we're known for. The successful applicant will be a good communicator and be able to form strong relationships with the operational team, staff, clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Processing of purchase orders and Invoices Assisting in administrating the delivery of services to our clients Assisting in scheduling our field staff Updating of jobs and processing of claims Assisting with stock control Job management and data entry Other general office administration as required About you A great team player Ability to think outside the square Current NZ resident or NZ work visa Great time management and the ability to work autonomously Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Display a "lead by example" attitude About us Teltrac is a leading nationwide Digital Infrastructure and Technology Solutions Provider that was established in 1991.
