About the Role As a Casual Duty Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing hospitality operations and ensuring every shift runs efficiently while delivering an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Be Doing Leading front-of-house and bar teams Supervising daily venue operations Ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol requirements are met Opening and closing venues Assisting with event setup and pack down Delivering exceptional customer service Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally Maintaining high presentation, safety, and service standards Supporting venue managers where required What We're Looking For To be successful, you'll have: A current New Zealand Manager's Certificate (essential) Previous experience as a Duty Manager Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service skills A professional, reliable, and positive attitude The ability to work independently and use initiative Reliable transport to travel to different client locations You must also be available to work a variety of shifts, including: Weekdays Weekends Morning shifts Afternoon and evening shifts Public holidays when required What's On Offer?
