Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities seeks a detail‑oriented operator for the Maintenance Operations Centre. You will validate service requests, select appropriate trades, set priorities, and generate accurate work orders. You’ll coordinate with maintenance partners, contractors and internal teams to ensure timely, quality delivery.
