Food and Beverage Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team, playing a key role in delivering the exceptional service and attention to detail our guests expect. You will take pride in leading from the front, supporting our Food & Beverage team to create memorable dining experiences across our outlets. From maintaining impeccable service standards to supporting and developing the team, you will help ensure every guest receives warm, personalised and seamless service. Why work for us: Add a 5-star venue to your CV A professional, fun and rewarding working environment Your duties will include: Providing 5-star table and bar service Responsible for the service of food & alcohol Ensuring an excellent dining experience for all our in-house guests and diners Ability to learn dining menu and engage with customers Responsible for opening and/or closing the bar Stock control and ordering Supervising and training staff Role responsibilities will also be discussed in the interview in full detail As the successful candidate you will have: 2years' experience within a Food and Beverage Team, in a similar role or alternatively an NZ Register Level 4 qualification. Current Duty Managers Certificate preferred Ability to work in a fast paced restaurant and Bar Strong communicator and 'can-do' attitude Professional and strong work ethic Proven experience in similar role Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
