Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 40 hours per week, on a rotating roster, including weekends from Monday - Sunday. Look no further! Scenic Suites & Heartland Hotel Queenstown is seeking a dedicated Night Porter to oversee our operations during the night-time hours. Key Tasks & Responsibilities: Greeting guests at Reception and assisting with guest's luggage Attending to guest needs on arrival and departure Oversight of security of the hotel property, and reporting any incidents or concerns to Management Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Taking a proactive approach to cleaning the reception and public areas Answering enquiries from guests about local attractions Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organised, and well presented. Taking late night room service orders to guests. Assisting with administrative tasks such as receiving and sorting mail Assisting with other Front Office duties as required Preferred Skills & Experience: 1 years experience in a similar hospitality role desired. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy luggage. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
