Communications & Engagement | Kai Whakapā Tātau Tātau Commercial is a Kaupapa Māori organisation, committed to the development of our staff. The Kai Whakapā reports directly to the Kaihautū and services the subsidiaries and its committees, and supports the TToTWT. The Engagement and Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance engagement with internal and external stakeholders, while also overseeing the organization's communications efforts. This role combines expertise in communication with a deep understanding of engagement practices to ensure that messaging is not only clear and consistent but also fosters a positive and interactive relationship with all stakeholders. Your direct oversight areas are: focus on building and maintaining engagement among key stakeholders, which can include employees, customers, partners, and the media. Responsibility for the Tātau Tātau Commercial communications policy and plan. Engagement with the Kāhui, whānau, and stakeholders. Leading the design of external reporting. Leading the Wairoa Star team, budget and planning The Kai Whakapā is responsible for: Leading the design and implementation of the Tātau Tātau Commercial Communications Plan. Internal Communications - Enhance employee engagement through regular updates, feedback loops, and initiatives that promote inclusivity and a positive work culture. Develop internal campaigns to drive awareness and participation in company initiatives and events. Providing strategic communications leadership and risk management advice to the Kaihautū Commercial and Tātau Tātau Commercial board. Working with the Kaihautū Commercial to set the COMMERCIAL strategic and operational direction. Leading a communications culture with the seven Kāhui and whānau stakeholders. Designing communications collateral. Managing the website and social media platforms. Recoding and managing all communications materials. Leading the local Newspaper 'Wairoa Star'. #J-18808-Ljbffr
