Minor Hotels’ Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will support the Head Chef, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality dishes and guest dining experiences. The role involves supervising a diverse team, menu support, cost control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
