Support Services Business Hub Administrator The Business Hub team, as part of a national network, provide specialised support to a significant portion of the wider Salvation Army across Aotearoa New Zealand. This releases those who receive this support to focus on Mission, whilst the Business Hubs efficiently and effectively perform business related tasks. The Business Hub Administrator reports directly to the Business Hub Team Leader and plays a vital role in supporting the wider Salvation Army collaboratively as part the Business Hub network. The role is committed to providing business support that prioritises the needs and success of The Salvation Army in Aotearoa New Zealand, enhancing both operational efficiency and missional outcomes. The Business Hub Administrator requires a high level of technical proficiency, adaptability, and strong relational skills to manage the diverse and complex needs of Mission Centres, Family Stores, and teams within the Connected Support Network (CSN). The role involves shifting between multiple priorities and systems, ensuring processes run smoothly while responding quickly to changing requirements. Administrators help maintain operational efficiency, enabling frontline teams to concentrate on delivering mission outcomes. About the Role: What will your responsibilities be: Perform financial and administrative tasks, accurately accounting for differences in coding structures and GST requirements Accurate, competent, and informed processing of payroll Maintain knowledge in, promote and ensure transactional compliance with all relevant statutes, TSA regulations, Official Minutes, and procedures. The starting salary for this role will fall between $64,294.82 and $65,593.71 gross per annum. This role is not tied to a single workplace and can be undertaken from an agreed Salvation Army site or home office, with occasional travel as required.
