We are currently looking for a Store Manager - Natural Health for our Blenheim central store. The hours of work are 40+ per week, including one weekend day - Tuesday - Saturday shifts. The Role You will be responsible for the management of all aspects ofStore Operations and theSales Team to achieve store and individual goals along with retail key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include: Developing and coaching your team to succeed; Creating on-going customer relationships through your skills and knowledge; Building sales through focusing on KPI performance; Working towards individual and group targets which have bonusbenefits; Inventory and merchandising management.
