Receptionist | Lumino Frankton Dental | Full Time

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Lumino Frankton. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience from the moment they walk through our doors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service. In this role, you will: Welcome patients and manage check‑in procedures in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an organised diary Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries promptly and efficiently Process payments and assist with account and billing enquiries Maintain accurate patient records with a high level of attention to detail Support the day‑to‑day administration of the practice Work closely with clinicians and the wider team to ensure a smooth patient experience Handle patient enquiries with empathy and professionalism Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confidence using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications The ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment A professional, positive, and team‑oriented attitude A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.
