SPUR - Sponsorship and Brand Experience – Kingsland, North Island You will be helping to set up and pack down a conference in September in Auckland City. This is a busy, hands on logistics role supporting a conference in September. You’ll be part of the team responsible for setting up and packing down the conference space, so we’re looking for reliable, energetic people who are comfortable working longer hours and getting stuck in! What you’ll be doing: Assisting with the set up and pack down of conference spaces Moving equipment, furniture, signage and event materials Helping ensure the event space is prepared and presented to a high standard Assisting with general logistics and event tasks throughout the day Working efficiently as part of a team to meet tight deadlines Being on your feet and physically active for extended periods Following instructions and helping wherever needed Representing the team in a professional and positive manner We’re looking for people who are: Physically fit and comfortable with hands on work Reliable, punctual and hardworking Energetic and happy to get stuck in Comfortable working longer shifts and being on your feet for extended periods Able to lift and move event equipment and materials Team players who can work well in a fast-paced environment Professional, positive and willing to help wherever needed Previous event, hospitality or logistics experience is a bonus, but not essential If you’re someone who enjoys being busy, working as part of a team and doesn’t mind getting stuck into the physical side of events, we’d love to hear from you! #J-18808-Ljbffr
