Working alongside a supportiveteam, you'll be responsible for ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently across the organisation's accounting and customer management systems. Your work will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of financial records while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Your responsibilities will include: Importing financial information from Xero into the CRM system. Reconciling transactions across bank accounts and credit card statements. Processing and posting financial batches. Preparing and sendingreceipts. Responding toenquiries relating to payments and receipting. Completing weekly and monthly financial reporting. Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring a high level of data accuracy. About You We're looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in producing accurate work. You will be organised, self-motivated, and confident managing your workload while working as part of a supportive team. To be successful in this role, you'll have: Proven accounts administration experience. Confidence using Xero in a previous role. Strong reconciliation skills. Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Good computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly. Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach.
