As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for tendering works, cost estimating, contract negotiation, variations, and final accounts for projects up to $20m in value. You will have the ability to unite team members and ensure that projects are priced accurately and managed to budget efficiently. Skills & Experience Required: Minimum of 5 year’s main contracting experience, preferably in interiors. Proven experience as the lead QS on projects. Strong time management and organisational skills.
