ABOUT THE ROLE The best Business Directors aren't measured by how well they manage campaigns. They're measured by the impact they have on their clients' businesses. That's exactly what this role is about. You'll take ownership of an established portfolio of clients, becoming a trusted adviser who understands each client's commercial objectives, challenges assumptions, and helps shape smarter marketing investment decisions. Working alongside specialists across media, performance, SEO, data and analytics, you'll draw on the collective expertise of the agency to deliver solutions that go well beyond media planning. Just as importantly, you'll lead and develop an experienced client service team, creating an environment where people continue to grow, collaborate and deliver outstanding work for their clients. What you'll be doing Lead strategic relationships across a portfolio of key clients. Challenge clients to think differently and uncover new growth opportunities. Bring together specialist teams to deliver integrated, commercially focused solutions. Develop and mentor an experienced client service team while building future leaders.
