Senior Quantity Surveyor – Plumbing and Drainage Advantage Plumbing – Queenstown, South Island Senior Quantity Surveyor – Plumbing and Drainage Join a well-established Queenstown Plumbing and Drainage business as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, taking ownership of the commercial performance of projects ranging from $500k to $10M. We are looking for a person that is commercially minded with a history of working in a positive team environment. Based in Queenstown you will be a key member of the Management Team. You will be involved through all project’s lifecycles, from pricing, presentation, planning, procurement negotiations, project implementation and delivery, through to final account. In this role you will be performing as the financial lead on all projects and report to the Directors. You will ensure costs are managed effectively, risks are identified early, and projects are delivered profitably. This is an opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor who thrives on shaping outcomes, building strong relationships internally and externally, and being trusted to make commercial decisions that drive all project’s success rates.
