Senior Business Advisor - Te Waipounamu - NPHS Partner with regional and national teams to deliver data-driven insights that inform decision-making and improve health outcomes Support performance reporting and continuous improvement for the Childhood Immunisation Health Target Permanent, full-time position with flexible location options across Te Waipounamu, including Nelson Marlborough, West Coast, Canterbury, South Canterbury, and Southern. About the Role As Senior Business Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and performance of the Childhood Immunisation Health Target across Te Waipounamu. Working closely with regional and national teams, you will lead the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of complex data to provide clear, evidence-based insights that inform decision-making and drive service improvement. This role combines business analysis, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project support, requiring the ability to translate complex information into meaningful recommendations that support better health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa. About you As Senior Business Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and performance of the Childhood Immunisation Health Target across Te Waipounamu. Working closely with regional and national teams, you will lead the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of complex data to provide clear, evidence-based insights that inform decision-making and drive service improvement. This role combines business analysis, performance reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project support, requiring the ability to translate complex information into meaningful recommendations that support better health outcomes for communities across Aotearoa. You will bring: Experience in business analysis, performance reporting, data analysis, or a related advisory role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across teams and organisations. A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong planning, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
