Custom Care Nursing – Hastings, North Island Custom Care Nursing are looking for someone who is passionate about ensuring best practice, improving service delivery and has an attention to detail to join our team as Quality and Audit Officer. As a person who is process driven, you will be a key member of our team across departments to develop and maintain our quality management systems. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team to monitor quality performance across the company, undertake internal audits and assist with event investigations. Tasks and Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems. Monitor performance across departments and compliance with relevant standards, contracts and legislative requirements. Investigate issues and review incident reporting to identify corrective and preventative actions. Plan, conduct and coordinate internal audit programme. Monitor audit findings to ensure required outcomes are completed. Participate in reviewing relevant policies and procedures.
